Yesterday we saw the First Smartwatch by Huawei leak out in ADs, and today at MWC, Huawei has officially unveiled the almighty Huawei Watch. This might possibly be the Best looking Smartwatch to come out till date. It has a Circular design and it has quite minimal bezels. The Huawei Watch is powered by Android Wear.
The device comes in 3 Colours, Gold, Silver, and Black. They have different bands, and each watch has 40 different watch faces to choose from. The Display used is a Circular AMOLED Sapphire display and it has a resolution of 400×400 pixels. The Watch has a diameter of 42mm. Huawei has aimed at a Unisex design with the Huawei Watch as well.
Build Quality wise, the The Huawei Watch is Great. It is made out of Stainless steel and has a Button on the Right Side for user interactions. The device is fully Waterproof as well.
The device is powered by a Snapdragon 400 SoC and it has 512MB of Ram. It has 4GB of Internal Storage as well. The Watch relies on Bluetooth 4.1 to connect to a Phone. The device has a Heart Rate Sensor, Barometer, 6-axis Motion Sensor and some other sensors to add features. The device will be perfect for a Fitness Junkie. The device also features Wireless Charging.
According to Huawei, the The Huawei Watch will be sold in at least 20 countries at first. Those 20 Countries are, United States, United Kingdom, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Norway, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates. The price was not revealed at the event.
