The Hit Photo-editing app that has gone viral on Social media has finally launched on Android. Prisma is an awesome new app that can turn your normal photos into beautiful pieces of art.
UPDATE : The developer is now blocking the Android Prisma App from using their server. Currently there is a message shown when trying to use a filter saying, “Thank you for trying the beta. Please wait for the official release” (Screenshot below). I was able to play around with it before it got blocked but not anymore. Hopefully an official version for Android will soon be available for everyone High on Android. Stay tuned to Andro Dollar to know when it does.
It has only been available on iOS for over five weeks only but it’s already the number one app in 40+ countries, and has been downloaded over 7.5 million times, generating 1.5 million daily active users.
The biggest issue was the lack of an Android app and Given the huge demand online from frustrated Android users desperate to get in on the action, the release of this beta app will no doubt be a hit in the Google Play Store very soon after the beta is over.
Use the following download link to get Prisma for android. Please note that the app is still not available in Google Play Store officially as mentioned earlier. This is a beta version, so expect to see some bugs. Before installing the APK make sure you have Unknown Sources checked since you’re going to install an app not available on the Play Store.
