According to rumors, the LG G5 is going to be LG’s next flagship device. Previous LG flagships came with Plastic bodies, but this time around it looks like LG is going to go with a metal unibody on the LG G5.
Metal is used on most of the smartphones even now, especially on HTC devices, iPhones, and Samsung devices. This will be the first time LG comes up with a Metal unibody for the flagship, and this might make the device so much more premium and it will make it take it to the next level quality wise.
We could see the LG G5 in the early part of 2016, maybe just after the Galaxy S7 is launched.
The G5 will come with some powerful hardware and software which we currently have no idea about, but my guess is it will run on the Snapdragon 820 SoC, with 4GB of Ram, and it will run on the Android Marshmallow with LG’s G UI skin on top.
