Yes Apple Pay is coming, as Apple has just unveiled iOS 8.1. It also bring some other great features.

iOS 8.1 also brings back Camera Roll, a feature iOS 8 removed, and iCloud Photo Library in beta, a feature Apple teased months ago that lets you store all of your photos from all your devices in the cloud.
iOS 8 has been installed on far fewer phones at 48% at this stage than the last few releases of iOS. This maybe because the changes are suddle, but iOS 8 is a Big Release for Apple and for developers; that enables widgets to third-party keyboards.
Hopefully, iOS 8.1 can fix some issues. Let’s see. It will be available on Monday.
