The aforementioned devices are finally getting the update for Android 4.4.4 Ktikat, It doesn’t have much to write homeabout save for a OpenSSL security patch, but the hole it patched would have otherwise allowed a man-in-the-middle attack. There are absolutely no new feautres.
The update also brings the 4.4.3 fix for the Z1 Compact which brings performance improvements and bug fixes. The 4.4.4 update build has already been certified which means owners of these devices should expect a update very soon.
