The GT-I9405 could be a Lite version of the Galaxy S4, or a different variant of the Galaxy Note 3 Neo.An unannounced Samsung device with model number GT-I9405 has leaked online thanks to Indian import/export site Zauba. The site lists the device as arriving from Korea to Bangalore on January 10th for testing and evaluation. The listing also indicates a screen size of 5.5-inches and single-SIM functionality.
GT-I9405 is an interesting model number, as it lies between the Galaxy SIII, which had a model number I9300/I9305, and the Galaxy S4, which featured a model number I9500/I9505. The GT-I9405 could be a Lite version of the Galaxy S4, or it could be a variant of the Galaxy Note 3 Neo, which is said to come with a 5.5-inch 720p screen, 2 GB RAM, Exynos 5260 Hexa-Core SoC , 8MP camera, 16 GB internal memory and a 3,100 mAh battery.
It is clear that Samsung is getting set to launch a deluge of new devices. It has already launched three new tablets in the Galaxy Tab Pro series and a Galaxy Note Pro at the Consumer Electronics Show last week, and all signs indicate to the South Korean manufacturer launching as many as four new handsets at the Mobile World Congress next month in Barcelona.
